Working from a base of Pilates and Resistance Stretch, she incorporates other modalities to create custom movement solutions designed to meet your specific needs.
She works with adults of all ages, life stages and abilities. Her clients range from competitive athletes looking to improve sports performance, to absolute beginners who need an effective and thoughtful way to begin a fitness program. A competitive dressage rider, Lisa specializes in working with equestrians.
An enthusiastic and encouraging instructor, Lisa has an exceptional ability to see how - and why - you move the way you do. Her goal is to help you feel and repeat proper movement with correct postion and optimized biomechanics.
